Job Title: ReLease90 Agent 
Department: Customer Success Agent
Reports to: Retail Success Manager

 Job Description: As a ReLease 90 agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our network of customers. Your main objective is to be responsible for managing accounts and driving revenue through sales of our product. You will also provide a positive experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on ReLease 90 accounts. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  

Responsibilities: 
 

• Identify new business opportunities utilizing leads from marketing. 
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. 
• Guide customers through the onboarding process, assisting with application submissions, underwriting requirements, and account setup. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues via phone, email, or other communication channels. 
• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical difficulties related to their ReLease90 account. 
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using internal systems and tools. 
• Assist in receiving payments, updating account information, and finding solutions to customer issues regarding payments. 
• Contact customers with overdue payments through phone calls, emails, and written communication.
  

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Sales Experience  
• Previous experience in a customer support or collections role is highly desirable. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively. 
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with great attention to detail. 
• Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
